Architect and curator Dijana Vučinić will participate in the upcoming Tbilisi Architecture Biennial 2022 as a speaker in the panel titled "Trans-Socialist Spaces, Decolonial Futures."Vučinić’s presentation, "Negotiating Futures: Memory and Heritage," will explore the complex relationship between architectural heritage and collective memory in post-socialist spaces.
Her talk will focus on how war, displacement, and political shifts have shaped urban environments and architectural identities. By addressing themes of decolonization, de-communization, and memory preservation, Vučinić will offer insights into how these processes influence the design and cultural value of public spaces.
